BANGED-UP
ZONZON

A film by Laurent Bouhnik

1998 France - Drama

synopsis

" Banged-Up " is a chronicle of daily life in jail, a confrontation between three convicts from different social backgrounds, a clash between three kinds of language, three cultures, three conflicting moralities. For this " m?nage ? trois ", the three men whom nothing in the world but " zonzon " (jail) could have brought together, cohabitation leads to confrontations- some trivial, some dramatic and some funny, often in the form of an indictement laced with grating, black humor.
